Today run started out good, but did not end well.  The first half was good, but the second half my blood pressure dropped again. I need to drink some apple juice, I was told by a doctor that would help me. I will test this theory tomorrow and see. My over all pace was 07:10.33.

What route are Kathy and you running this Saturday?

Nice run... also make sure your reloading on your Carbs that's important.

I was just asking I wasn't planning on running with you guys, because you start to LATE!! :-). I like to start on Saturday at around 7 or 7:30 so that I can get done.
