Today’s run was not too bad my pace was 7:53. I saw my next
door neighbor yesterday at the GYM and in the conversation he told me that
should run a marathon and that I am ready. I don’t think I am ready, I have
only been running an average of 35-39 miles a week on the treadmill. I honestly
feel I am not sure if I can run the half-marathon very fast right now. Any
suggestions??
