What day of running, my pace was 8:54.
But it sure was a pain. The course I used was the beginning of the
Pocatello Marathon and that is a down hill course. So my goal for
running was to run nine minutes miles and running a down hill course
that becomes very hard, I think I wore myself out trying not to run
so fast. I kept speeding up to a eight minute mile and then slowing
down to a nine minute miles. So by mile seven/ eight I was wore out.
Also, I did not bring any water with me. But praise God my friend
that came with me had some extra water. So the last few miles I had
to stop a couple of time, but that is OK I guess. My heart rate over
all was a 150 bpm (Beats per minutes). Over all not too bad of run..
