Today's went ok, my legs were little soar but not to bad. I was trying to keep my time slow because i needed to let my legs rest. My pace was 8:17 per mile. I ran with my new racing shoes today and they were nice. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Barry, I'm thinking that it would be better Friday if we just ran 6-7 miles at a faster pace on the course. This would be better training to prepare for the race. I think doing 10 might not be such a good plan.

I am game for that. Where do you want to meet me at, same place as before?

It's going to depend what time I get out of my meeting Friday. 12:45pm or 1pm.
