Ran five miles this morning. I am still not at 100%, but i am close. My overall pace was 7:37. I am going to try the t-mill and see how that goes, the outside was just too cold for me. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Stay with only 5 miles today if your not 100%. The doctor told me to be careful back running because this stuff will comeback if you knock your immune system down. That's how bad it's spread around here.

I agree Kory, and running when ill is dangerous it has killed people before due to a viral illness.... so make sure your good (sorry not trying to scare you but it was only 4-5months ago I read an article on someone dieing and elite man from a viral illness because he tried to go back training hard too early)
