My legs were tired today, and especially my calf's they hurt. My pace was 08:14.56 overall. I think i will try to run tonight but not too much, i am thinking two miles or something. I am thinking about cutting back to 40 to 45 miles next week. I have a 5K race on Saturday. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading and have a good day. Sorry, my bad.
