I started out running thinking I was going to run 7:30 per mile, and then I thought I would change it to 7:00. My final time was 68:05 which is 06:48.50 per mile. I almost ran outside, but running in 8 degree weather did not sound very much fun. I can hear Kory right now saying boo hoo. That is OK; I would rather run on the treadmill for ten miles than running out side in 8 degree temperature.

I won't get after you. It's not the greatest feeling to run outside when the weather is cold. For example -7 degrees today wasn't exactly fun.

Nice run Barry your mileage is looking good.

I'm with you. I'm a cold weather weenie. That's why man invented treadmills.
