| Boulder CO: Nice run along the trail at the foot of the mountain. Didn't have much time so I was bummed not to see the whole trail. Got some serious plan fasc in my right heel. Makes it hard to get moving in the morning. (Kinvara 2 Black: 3.25) |

Nice and warm this morning as Bum and I made our way around the parkway. Ran a couple minutes faster than normal so makes one feel good. Cool down: cleaned out the garage.

Even at early morning it seems to be hot. Did the parkway loop and watered my bushes afterwards. (Kinvara: 104.30) |

| Muggy morning run this morning. It must have rained a bit last night. Didn't notice too much sign of water but nice nonetheless. The foot needs work and it takes some stretching and movement before I can walk on it in the mornings. (Kinvara 2 Black: 8.75) |

| Nice morning run around a Green Spring. Still warm out even at 5am. Foot still bothers, probably need to learn how to tape it for myself to continue. Probably not going to be in the best shape for the Marathon but will mosy on out there anyway. (Landreth 4: 374.14) |
