Early morning. Happy to be home. Went longer than I've gone in awhile and it took some doing to make it back. Went out at a decent clip and saw the XC kids running around the track stil doing their thing. Continued around the black hill and down towards the bridge. Crossed over came back home through the fields. That is my half marathon loop. The killer is that the last few miles are all good climbing. Wore my fuel belt and brought some water, thank goodness or I might have stuck my head in an irrigation ditch and drank whatever nasty crap was there. Warmed up and tuckered me out. Both feet ache. The fasciitis continues to plague and my left foot's issues return since I'm going longer...so I just stuck them both in a bucket of ice water and let them go numb for awhile. While the pain of the cold was overcoming me, I was being fed banana bread by my 6 yr old....good times in recovery :) (Landreth 5: 350.05)

Morning run where I just went wherever the legs would take me. Ended up running through some neighborhoods and around dogtown. Finished the run with some sprints up my hill. (Triumph 5-B: 229.76)

A little green spring loop action this morning. Pushing for time so I only went 8 - wanted to get a couple more in but oh well. (Kinvara: 112.30)

Actually felt a little like I could have gone more at the end of this one. A little better than feeling beat up all the time. Feet still hurt and I walk around like I'm crippled. Did the reverse of what I normally do on that parkway loop. Mixin it up a bit. (Kinvara 2 Black: 15)

The air was a bit cooler this morning. Felt good to get out and run around a bit. Went out along Telegraph until the mall and turned around. Can only run for what you have time in the mornings. (K-Ona Blue: 108.48)

Air was nice this morning as I went the usual parkway loop. Was a bit groggy after getting to bed late waiting for my nephew to fly in. Feet not so good. (Blade light Yellow: 128.15)

Felt good this morning as I have put three days in a row this week. The air was nice and coolish. Went from my house over to St George via the red hill ie Ironman run course.... And then ran the finishing three miles of the SG Marathon. Bum left his truck at the sun bowl last night so we had a ride home. Surprisingly, I feel fine other than the normal feet issues. We wanted to do more but the course was the course today and we went home. That will have to do. Now I have to mentally prepare for my evening in Pine Valley and my sous chef skills at the Brandin Iron. (Landreth 5: 362.25)

| This morning was nice. Went on my normal loop run with Bum and put in a solid 5.5. Air was good and the hills sucked but it was nice to finish that run. Went home and woke up Madison since she wanted to go running. We ran around the neighborhood for a mile and a half. I hope she wants to keep it up since she can already run circles around me. | Same as yesterday. Solid 5.5 of the parkway loop then I was surprised to have both the girls dressed and waiting to jog around the neighborhood. We got a good mile and a half in with a few breaks for side stitches. Good morning. (Kinvara 2 Yellow: 22.75) |

Last long one before the marathon. Hope I can last the whole way. The weather was good and hoping for a colder start next week. Enjoyed Dave's encouraging slap of the rear as he fly by at Mach 3. It would be nice to feel like running 12 at the end of the 26.2 (Landreth 5: 374.25)
