Ran 3 in the morning, felt a lot better than last week
Much much better workout today than last week... it was a lot easier and I still didn't feel great, but I think I should be ready for the race on friday.
mile 1200 800 400 400. 4:49, 3:32, 2:18, 69, 64. Calf was bothering me a bit, as well as my left hamstring but I think with stretch, ice, massage, deep blue, and tape it should get better.
