I was going to do some mile repeats when Dustin called and invited me to run a few from the running center. around mile 3 i felt a pop in right calf. I had to stop, stretch. Ran like a duck all the way back to the store. Messsaged it and iced it last night. still sore this morning.

Nothing Special. Ran up main street Hill and around to redcliffs. slow day. wrapped the calf.

Ran on the treadmill 10 miles. I was watching Utah get beat by utah state. What an ending. warmed up mile 8 min pace. the first three miles. then came down to 6 min pace. held on to the end. the last 1/4 mile pushed the treadmill 05 incline and ran 5:45 pace. Not sure i could hold this kind of pace on the road. calf is feeling better all the time. made sure i streched and warmed down. I feel the difference today.

Ran with the club Dave and Steve. I was pretty sore and I bonked just after we stoped by the store (Running store.) It was like I hit a wall. I should of ate something that morning. I was greatful that Dustin & Sunnie drove by before the dog pound guys picked me up. other wise it would of been a long weekend in the kennel. This week going for 55 plus.
