Went "spinning" this morning for an hour. Good exercise and it gives my body a break from my running injuries. Decided to do some cross dressing. So I put on my be girly out fit and went running! (I ment cross training? Not cross-dressing.) I ran down to the rec center and glided on the elliptical machine for 45 minutes. Then I went into the Pilates class and showed of my flexibility. (Oh the pain.) My calf’s had a major heart attack. After my experience I ran back to work. Side note: chicks dig men who do Pilates. |
