53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
I ran two easy miles. picked up 35 cents along the way. I guess this is my pay day.
went out and ran 6 slow easy miles. legs and hip flexors are sore. also calf is sore. I think I will take the rest of the week off.
Ran some easy miles with Dave and Steve. Two young ladys showed up to rumble.
ran six very easy miles. stoped several times. right calf bugging me. will not run tomorrow.
Decided to rest the right Calf today. It was bugging me yesterday. I would rather rest and recover then risk pulling it and putting myself on the injured list all winter.
