Took off with Clyde. we only did 15 but it felt like 26. We did not run fast. kept a pretty slow pace. I am glad this week is over. Clyde is amazing runner. He is getting better all the time. I think he could run a 2:30 this year in STG marathon. looking forward to a day off. Clyde gave me some sort of drink at the end of the run. I think it helped me recover some. I hope they don't test me monday for Roids:):) I viewed my miles this week 69.25 and got a little disapointed. decided to correct the problem and run another 2 tonight. now i feel better. ahh

You are OUT OF CONTROL!

I think I'm just ticked that you made it over 70 for the week and I didn't.

Way to go with your work-outs for the week. I think if we're able to keep this up we're going to end up doing pretty decent at St. George.

Are you planning on running the Hobble Creek Half? If so I think July 31 is the cut-off.
