Got up at 6 am. Walked out the door and the warm air could of melted a chocolate bar. I put on my mp3 player, and found only one side of the head phones worked. This caused my right leg to move faster! I really notice how much my body wants to slow down after mile 4. I have to really concentrate to keep my pace up. I need to get my endurance up. will run again tonight. went another 8 tonight. it is hot

Hey Bill, way to get up and run this morning. That will be great to get in 12 for the day.

Good job on the miles so far this week. Probably won't see you guys tonight, I'm heading out to Colorado, but will catch you guys next week.
