am--8 Anasazi w/ LGx2 and Chipmunk. I've been feeling like I need more zone 1 running because what was once zone 1 for me is more taxing. I guess I'm adjusting to what my body is telling me in hopes that a better proportion of aerobic work will pick me back up again. It was beautiful but windy out.
