I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6.5 SC Parkway w/ 5x 2-3 minutes of uptempo w/ recovery to 5 minutes and 4x hill sprints after. A nice confidence builder.
am--2.5 Pacey morning run w/ a good crew.
pm--4.5 Heights warm w/ some running and helping Jackson to sub-20--19:48! Fun to see the team rally around someone.
am--5 Ran to and from practice because of the meet later. Lots of cool things happening this week w/ the team.
am--2.25 Shakeout w/ a slightly smaller group.
pm--5.5 Anasazi w/ some Bad Religion. Needed to sweat off some angst.
pm--6.25 Barrel Roll figure 8. This was basically a 5-mile trail tempo w/ a cooldown. Not sure why I pushed it, but I did. Felt yesterday like life is creeping into my physical well-being.
