pm--4 Late night tready. Glad I talked myself into it.
am--5 Heights run on a beautiful morning.
am--6 Canyons w/ light progression on the way back. Felt good on a beautiful morning--60s.
am--5 5x 3:00 @ edge of heavy breathing w/ :60 jog recovery and 5x strides after. It was hardish but left me feeling empowered. I need to do stuff like this more often.
