I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am—6 Ran around while kids did their workout.
am—5 Nice run on a portion of the Kolob Rim Trail. I had a nice chat w/ Chad about karate.
pm—2.5 Another jaunt on the same portion of the KRT.
am—8.5 Nice trail miles from camp to Navajo Lake on the KRT w/ a great group.
am—5.5 Killer hill work w/ a great group. Last day of camp. This is a fun group of kids.
I finished The Inner Game of Tennis by W. Timothy Gallwey. It deals with a unique concept that could be useful in many aspects of life.
am—5.5 A good progressive run w/ 6x striders at the end. I tried to listen to body cues to run smoothly. A good, sweaty run.
pm—6.5 A nice slow burner w/ a faster finish. My heart rate says I’m getting fit. That’s a positive.
