I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--5 Sunbrook w/ 5x strides at the end. I finished a novel in verse, Clap When You Landby Elizabeth Acevedo. Engaging read.
am--Threshold work--7x 2:00 in the 7s. Felt good. I love these workouts. Was planning on a 2nd run but was beat after a full day of class.
am--7.5 SC Parkway long run. Nice to get a few more minutes this morning. Although, I am feeling beat after these all day classes.
am--5.25 Vineyard out to the river subdivision and back w/ 5x strides.
am--6.5 Anasazi w/ LG on the way out. Slept in a bit but got going before it was too hot.
am--6 Old School Anasazi to the Homestead. Good week for me.
