am--5.75 Chipmunk lollipop in the mid morning. Decent run. I feel like I need a decent amount of not worrying about pace to build the bottom end of aerobic fitness. Anywho.
am--5 Halfway Wash w/ my neighbor. Building the lower aerobic capacity. I finished a cool graphic novel about a '70s Native American band, Redbone: The True Story of a Native American Rock Band by Christian Staebler, Sonia Paolini, and Thibault Balahy.
