am--5.5 Ran to the school and then joined Hailee and Sara for a shakeout run. There's some funky tightness in the pit of my knee. Have to keep an eye on that.

pm--5 Anasazi to the creosote. My leg around the knee feels funky. Perhaps, it's a pain that manifests from tightness somewhere in the posterior chain. Who knows? I'll keep an eye on it.
