I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5.75 Barrel Roll in the traditional way. Listened to a podcast that was essentially 2 frat guys talking about PKD. Good times.
pm--7 Tempo loop w/ 3x 4 minutes at tempo pace followed by 4x hill strides. Good work after missing yesterday.
pm--3.5 Nice, chill run on part of yesterday's route.
am--5.25 Heights run before school because the PV Invite is tonight.
pm--5.5 Anasazi to the creosote w/ an addition here and there after the PV Invite. The team had a great weekend. The run was nearly as fabulous once I got a day in the sun out of my slothful legs.
