am—10 Long run via the Parkway w/ some pickups. Holt came w/ is, so I was able to help those that were having a rough day. RHR—50.
am--1.75 Weights and Harts+. RHR--52.
pm--3.25 I didn't run w/ the kiddos because we're getting ready for the PV Invitational. I ran when I got home and added 1k on the erg (4:20).
am—2.5 Bank and back. Varsity skeleton crew. RHR—52.
pm—3.75 Ran around before, during, and after the workout.

pm--4.75 Green Springs and barefoot striders. We had some visitors from Alaska run w/ us. It was fun to get to know them.
