My knees dont really hurt today, which is a miracle. However, they are incredibly dtiff. Im going to spend most of the day just doing my stretches, icing and rolling out my megs. I think i ciuld be back at running the 2nd week school starts. Awesome core workout, i did t thy e 10,20,30,40,50x5, whuc bug was the first workout we did with Courtney. I cant come to xc camp for the whole time sadly, but i am going up ob thursday just to hang with the team which will be fun. Later looked at all the new 5a teams and stuff.
