Sdly, no run today. I still get pretty decent milea in this week though. I worked with this one dude from 7-11:30 then aerated from 12-6. Did a good core workout though, and rolled out my legs and iced my foot which was hurtin some.
Shoutou o zack and Josh cause i saw then running on my to pizza pie cafe. I didn't reak mt record for most pieces eaten, but I still did decent.
