There wasn't a choice for Olympic Gold in the goal section so that's why I put "other"

Had practice at 1 in the morning just to say we did it. Ran 3.4 slow miles. Quite cold out.

Ran to Pleasant Grove high school and back. It's weird how close lone peak, american fork and pleasant grove's high schools are.

My Physical(Running) goals for this year:

  • Run over 2000 miles in the year
  • 4:45 mile, 10:30 2 mile, 16:15 3 mile
  • Stay away from injury
  • Make varsity at least 2nd half of XC season, because I won't be able to run for most of July(more details on that later)
  • at least 50 pushups every day

2014 has had it's ups and downs for running, but mostly downs. I'm not planning on changing schools this year, and I think that will help, haha. I'm ready to rock 2015's world!

Good goals.

Good luck in 2015. I just completed a 2,000 mi year in 2014 and haven't done any races in a while, but I'd say that you'll probably destroy those goal times if you do it (and stay healthy obv).

Nice!
