Easy for pre-region tomorrow. I've been looking at my past race reports, and they all seem like I had regrets at the end, minus the distance challenge. I am usually timid the first part of a race, and end with a pretty good kick, but still have lots left in the tank. My goal for tomorrow is NO REGRETS. I want to know what times i can run and I'm not gonna know if I don't go all out. So if i run in the 20''s tomorrow and say i went all out, feel free to laugh. I'm laughing at myself with what bad shape I'm in. |
