Met at legacy at 7, and it felt awesome to go in the morning again. Did the detour trail by lambert to the mountain run, and took a little detour afterwards. I felt terrible till we got on the trails. I never drink enough water on sundays. Russell did really well today, and towards the end was pushing me, stephen, craik and jacob. Josh C. ran up with jamison today, who was the only varsity runner there today.
