2 mile tempo. I wasn't feeling it today so I just told myself to negative split the 2nd mile by at least 10 seconds. I hit 6:43 (haha soooo slow), then 6:12. So 12:55 total. At region i want to get under 17:45, so i have a bit of work to do.
