I did better than yesterday, but still not that great. My splits were all over the place, 71,79(yikes), 80(uh-oh), and 75. I am menatlly weak. If I want to get to the level I should and want to be at, this is where the improvement needs to happen. I'm in good shape, but this is my weakness. I have the crappiest mindset possible during races. I am always think about how hard I am hurting. That needs to change.
