I couldn't  race today... again. Garbage. I'm starting if I ever will be able to again.  I  did the workout by myself that the fast guys did yesterday. it was 200,400,600,800,1200,400,400. I wasn't sure what the pacing was supposed to be at, but I ended up being pretty close. I felt amazing today and pushed it harder than usual. If only I could have raced with feeling as good as I did... Anyway, I hit 30,68, 1:51, 2:24, 3:57. 67,67.  I;m really happy with this workout, I either hit the pace I was supposed to or faster, despite doing it by myself. I always seem to do better by myself. Maybe for my next race I should put my seed time in super slow, and just get to the lead and run my race haha.
