6x600m hills with active recovery. Hill workouts stink by yourself. I hit 2:24, 2:24, 2:25, 2:21, 2:20, 2:14. So good times for me, for running by myself.

yeah hill workouts are VERY hard by yourself... but your times by yourself are better than mine last week when I did it by myself.
