Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

7.5 in the afternoon and no belly issues.  

I saw a snake at mile 3 and about flew across the road.  One day my fear of snakes will cease.  Probably not.

Guess I am not in Boston.  :(  I will have to find another spring marathon.  Or maybe I will just do the Ironman.  Ha ha.  Yeah, I will find another marathon.

15 minutes on the Stairmaster.

1 hour on the spin bike. Sweat and sweat.

I am going to give myself 6 miles today.  I am a little unsure about total mileage though.  Ran down to Sug House Park, ran around once, ran back to my house.  No bathroom stops today. I think that is the first time I have done that route not stopping for the B-room.  

I have felt really tired the last few days.

Awesome run!  I woke up to perfect running weather and ran from my place up to Ruth's Diner in Immigration Canyon.  Came back down Sunnyside and looped back up to my place.  The last two miles were uphill and about killed me.

Great day!  I went to the U football game and sat on the fourth row and became completely soaked.  Cold, but fun.  Go UTES!!
