*Today I tried to register for the Boston Marathon. I put in all of my info and hit 'submit.' Hopefully that took care of it.

Thanks Allie. That is what happens to me when I run in the late afternoon. It's so hard to force myself out of bed at 5 if I want to run first thing in the morning.

what time did you register? i did exactly what you did but i didn't get in. i really hope you did though. what a crazy day!
i totally know about the stomach issues in the late afternoon. it's a trade-off for me as well. i feel good running in the mornings, but it is definitely hard to wake up super early every day. so sometimes i don't and then i end up running with a stomach ache. every time! arg.

I'm the same way! I can't run after I've eaten (a real meal) for the day. It's morning or nothing :) I honestly feel very blessed sometimes to be able to stay at home and put my kids in chuck-a-child at the gym and get my workout in.
Boston, schmoston! I think it's just a sign that you need to wait for your slow fat friends to qualify before you run off and have a party without her! :)
