YoGa. My right arm is dang weak! I didn't realize how much a I was compensating on my left until tonight. Arms aren't as strong but they look better (sleek).
7.5 miles in Lehi. My legs are still heavy and sore. Combination of lifting and recovering I think.
I am heading to Southern Utah today for a three day backpacking trip through Escalante! So excited!
Hiked around Escalante and enjoyed nature. Worked on my tan. Great weekend!
