Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

PT exercises for legs.  I am documenting this workout for future reference.

Leg press 3 sets of 25.  Calf raises 3 sets of 25.

Hanstring curls 3 sets of 25.  30 lbs.

Squats with the ball.  1 set of 25 both legs.  Single leg squats 2 sets of 25 each leg with the ball.

IT band walks with resistant band.   3 sets of 25 on L and R sides.

AB workout.

PM  Hip-hop class with Gev from, 'So You Think You Can Dance'!!!  Holy Moly, he was an INCREDIBLE dancer!  He is such an amazing and humble person as well.

Lame Hip-Hop class taught by a non-dancer, I swear.

Rest day, yet another hip-hop class.  This time a dude named Carson taught.  

I have been taking various hip-hop classes around the community.  I think my favorite teachers are male.  I just seem to be able to be a little mo' gangsta thuggish with the guys. They know how to chillax in their dance styles.

15 minutes of elliptical.

*I am juiced up for my long run.  Will see how well the body will respond to 20-22 miles.  I am a little nervous.
