Hanstring curls 3 sets of 25. 30 lbs.
Squats with the ball. 1 set of 25 both legs. Single leg squats 2 sets of 25 each leg with the ball.
IT band walks with resistant band. 3 sets of 25 on L and R sides.
AB workout.
