Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

.40 home.  I had to rush this workout, so the paces are kinda fast going into taper time.  Ran 4 more on the TM with a mix of arm stuff.

Workout called for 6 miles @ MP progressive. My friend Brittany wanted to join me today. Sheverything was aware that I might be going fast today. We were fast right out the gate. I tried to slow down, but I was out of control again (like the last several workouts)

Soooo tired. Run sucked. Dripping wet with sweat. Happy to be done with this long run. I even tried to caffeine up and it was still miserable. Didn't even look at my average pace.

I ran on the perimeter trail and chased a jack rabbit over a mile. He just kept going straight. He would stop, I'd catch up and he would speed up again. The rabbits like that are the size of small dogs.
