AWESOME speedwork!!! You're training so solid and well. What is your MP these days?

I'm with Smooth here...it may be time to re-assess MP;) I absolutely and honestly think you are capable of whatever your able to mentally talk yourself into. (Subliminal messaging...sub-3:10.)

Awww. I don't know you guys! I will have to take the marathon in stride. Plan is to start out around 730 and go from there. I don't want to go out fast and bomb the thing by the end.

I like your plan. If you're anything like me, I'll give myself a conservative target pace to start out with, and then probably go 15 seconds faster because I never stick to my plans. That would put you right at 3:10 pace - perfect!

Ok rachelle and joe, you guys are making me real nervous. Thanks for thinking I'm capable of 3:10! That would be a dream. :)
