Quality miles today!  BBK day!

I got to Bingham high about 5:12 am and immediately jumped out of my car and started to run.  Last night I could not sleep due to the fear of sleeping in and missing the workout.

3 warm-up miles at about a 8:20 pace

2 mile tempo

6 sets of Yasso 800's with a 400 rest in between each.  I did not time myself on the Yasso's, and I am regretting it now.

2.5 evening miles on TM.  I was trying to motivate my friend at the gym.  He kept dying, panting, and slamming his feet on the TM.  Time will teach him...

Yes, you must time yourself! It is the KEY to knowing how fast your marathon will be, or so they say.

Nice job today!

Nice work today! Keep those splits recorded next time...it REALLY helps!

Was he the same one riding up Suncrest with a Mountain bike? You sure teach him!!!

GREAT BBK workout and mileage this week. Don't know how you can get up so early and teach all day and commute so far every day. You're amazing!

No Smooth, not the same guy. I tend to scare guys away with my workouts :).

I don't think this commute thing is going to work. After the marathon I am going to start looking for a place to live up there.

Oh, no worries about not timing your Yassos ... I can tell you what speed you were running them: probably something in the lightning category!!!

You are really on your game right now.

Can hardly wait for you to run TOU!!! You are going to own that course.

I have a very educated guess based on what everyone else did: I would say they were all probably around 3:15, some a little faster I am sure. You held your own with the fastest!

Thank you Kelli and Teena. You make me blush (you really do). I have to try and keep up with you two, and the rest of the speedy ladies on the blog. More things are possible than we may think...
