Woke up with pain. I feel like I am back at second base with this healing process, soooo FRUSTRATING! I did not look at the time it took me last night to run my miles, but I think it was WAY too fast. I felt so free and I wanted to run and run. I over did myself :( If I am not feeling it in two weeks, pretty sure my fall marathon will be off. I am really sad, but that gives me more reason to train for a TRI. I hope I can at least run 6 miles in 2 months relatively normal. Today I went to the gym lifted upper body for 45 minutes. Spinning class: Speed intervals again. 20 minutes core strenghtening. I will return later to the gym for more... (I have to compinsate for the running I don't do). I returned for a 1 mile swim in the evening.
