Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Saturday!!!  I have had so much fun reading everyone's blogs about the UVM.  Sounds like everyone did a fantastic job, congrats!

Today I did a spin class, followed by a fourty minute bike ride.  Oh my heavens, it is sooooo fun!!!  Going down hills is a little frightening, but so terrific!  I love passing tons of runners! 

I went to NUTTY PUTTY caves today with some friends.  Oh goodness, I look like a war-victim.  So many bruises and scrapes.  Way cool place though, can't wait to go back!

Did you bike around us today Becca? I heard there was a Triathlon in Deer Creek today. Lots of stuff going on in that canyon!

yeah, yeah, yeah....I always mutter under my breath "cheater" when a biker passes me :) Glad you had a GREAT ride and a fun time in the caves!! I need to come be a cheater with you sometime :)

Yes you do RAD. Plus you get to wear HOT looking compression shorts! Now, when is that blasted rain going to stop? I am not kidding, I want a good ride in the sunshine.
