Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Leg is feeling better, but I am still not going to run on it.

5 am (really early) 1 hour spin class.  Really hard effort, I think the teacher wanted to show off!  I would too if I could spin that fast.  

1 hour pump class.  The teacher drove me crazy. 

More than a 1 mile swim in the evening.  I worked on breath.  I almost died.  No, not really.

Gotta love it when the teacher kicks your butt! Sorry about the pump class - in weights class I have issues with the teacher as well sometimes, so I usually opt to do it on my own.

Nice job keeping up on the AWESOME workouts despite your leg. It will get there, just be patient.

Thank you everyone for the encouragement on the workouts. Now I just need to step it up to running. hmmmm, eventually.
