5 with Hilary around the base in the morning. It was really slow and I talked a lot during our run. It was fun to run with someone.
8 miles on the TM. I warmed up for 3 miles. I did speed on 10 for 1 min on, 1 min off 10x. I was at almost 6 miles and I took a bathroom break. Ran 2 more miles to cool down.
The lifting routine with Hilary and then 30 min on the elliptical.
5 miles with Hilary. I can't believe how strong she has gotten in just one week! She keeps my pace and even speeds up.

6 around the base with husband. We had to hurry so we could get to the primary activity.
