Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

75 minutes of elliptical hard effort.

BIG MandP workout.  Worked legs and ABS hard.

40 minutes pool running.  20 laps of swim drills. 

Very enduring workout for the day.

30 minutes in the weight room.  100 pushups, shoulder work, and tri-pushups.  I can tell that my body is recovering from yesterday's workout.

60 minutes on the elliptical maintaining HR @ 163.  Again, this workout is proof of how tired my body is.

Tried to Tri.  

1 hour spin class with Spandey. AKA Skinny Danny.  He wasn't as annoying as he usually is.  His class still drove me a little crazy.

1 hour on the elliptical

ManP workout (about 45 min total)

I did get an evening swim in.  20 minutes pool running and 800 meter freestyle. 

The most pleasant part of my gym experience was spending it with RAD.  Time on the elliptical went so much faster with her by my side.  I saw Jeff L and Melanie B and introduced them to RAD.  Thank you so much for the enduring workout RAD. 

My family and I are starting a "cleanse" tomorrow and I am actually pretty excited.  I am only blogging this so I can be accountable for my eating for the next three weeks.
