MandP workout. Cleans, squats, chest and abs. Heavy lift day, legs were tired. 2, 1 mile runs on the track. Stress fracture not bothering me, but PF is inflamed. I would have tought that 9 weeks off of the darn foot would have helped. Maybe it is my shoes after all? 60 minutes on the stair climber. 900+ calories burnt, yeah right!
