Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

MandP workout.  Cleans, squats, chest and abs.  Heavy lift day, legs were tired.  2, 1 mile runs on the track.  Stress fracture not bothering me, but PF is inflamed.  I would have tought that 9 weeks off of the darn foot would have helped.  Maybe it is my shoes after all?  

60 minutes on the stair climber. 900+ calories burnt, yeah right!

It must be something with the Lehi air. It makes the machines think you've burned 2X as many calories :)

Nice workout, that is a rough one! I'm glad the SF isn't bugging, but we need to banish that PF!! Fleet Feet is having a big sale this week, may be a good time to get new shoes?

Sorry, I had a big long text and it just print's "I", then when I copy and paste it says that it is a duplicate entry and won't send it out..so I will paraphrase...What I was trying to say was..

By PF do you mean Piriformis? Trying to figure out what else PF would be...but if it is...Sam gave me a tip she used for her Piri, and that is to sit on the TennisBall till it doesn't hurt anymore..It seems to be working for me..

And now I am too lazy to type the rest..so I will save it for another day..hhaha.

It's not Piriformis, but I do get that too. It's plantar fasciatis. My foot is messed for the long haul.

Hmmm I don't have any PF advice..Sorry! That is not good..I had some tendonitis in my foot, visited a Podiatrist in Jan..taped it a bunch, that helped a lot...If I hear anything about PF I will let you know..
