I hiked Grandiuer Peak (sp?) in Millcreek Canyon with friends. I will run this peak next week sometime. FUN FUN!!

OH SO SO jealous!! I seriously LOVE this hike, it is my all time favorite and I make my kids hike it all the time. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've toyed with the idea of running it...but I'm too chicken :)

We're totally running it! I saw the Judge Cross Country team going up today and now I HAVE to do it. Let me know when you would like to go next week if you can. That will qualify as my long/big run of the week.

Unfortunately I know I wouldn't be able to do it next week :( Life is just crazy through the week, plus unless we went at like 3 in the morning with the mountain lions I'd have to bring Fartlek along. Give me until next spring when he is older and I can leave him longer - and I'm not a chicken :) However, anytime I'd be happy to HIKE up it with you. I'd just bring Fartlek along.

I will hike ANYTIME, I love it! Fartlek is very welcome to come and I can even carry him some of the time. Sweet little thing needs to get used to what his mother is really about.
Allie- Twas a lot of fun. Running would be more fun. :)
