6 miles on the indoor track, most of it pushing the stroller. Ran 2 miles worth of fast miles. First time doing somewhat real speed work post baby, that was interesting. It felt good letting my legs go as fast as I could.
Baby would sleep better if I ran as fast as I could. When baby was asleep I would park her on the side of the track and see her every time I passed. It's a nice place to run minus it's 13 times around to make a mile and the fact that it's upstairs and there is no elevator. That becomes a task when you have to lift the stroller up the stairs.
